Upper Deck has released the illustrated players that will make up the 10" tall All Star Vinyl MLB Series 1 and 2. Not using any notes...I see if I can name all of the players.

A few of these figures have been released in the larger size, but there are a number of new sculpts. I will definitely need to pick up the Ryan Howard and Ichiro ASVs. But I'm sure collectors would have liked to see a wider assortment (instead of 2 Yankees, 2 Red Sox and 2 Mets).

1. Color....I'm Glad Brad did something Diffrent with the Phi Eagles Color Beside Home&Away and he want ahead with the "ThrowBack Colors" awsome Pick must admit to that.... Blue Powder&Gold.....



2.Uniform..... I was looking very close at the Figure and Really he was on Point and again he got it right... Perfect Uniform.....

3.Cleats.... I dont know were Brad pick the "Cleats" from back really dont care for them overall.. No Logo,Just All Black..... Too Shinny

5.Pose...... Great Pose.... Im sure he is looking for Deshawn Jackson Deep with that Pose.....

1.Helmet.... Face Mask... And Im sure thats a Game-Use of D.McNabb Face Mask but I would have choose better Fack Mask Overall....

2.Paint...... The Paint On the Figure was great but it could have been much better in my eyes and I find some issues but not that much to lose sleep over Brad...

McFarlane Toys will be co-sponsoring the 2009 NHL All-Star game, and exhibiting at the Lay's NHL All-Star Jamboree™ -- the official fan festival filled with hockey-themed attractions that only the NHL can deliver - from Thursday, Jan. 22, through Sunday, Jan. 25, at the parking lot across from the Bell Centre and Windsor Station in Montreal, Quebec. Thursday, Jan. 22 through Saturday, Jan. 24 at Windsor Station, adjacent to the Bell Center in Montreal.

We'll be bringing 3,000 of our exclusive Saku Koivu figure, which will only be offered at the 2009 NHL Trading Card and Memorabilia Show. Price is $15 (U.S. dollars) and $18 in (Canadian dollars) Both prices include tax; U.S. and Canadian cash only; credit cards not accepted. The limit of figures per person will be announced on site.

Saku Koivu was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the first round of the 1993 NHL entry draft, and quickly established himself as a dynamic force in the league. In 1999, Montreal honored Koivu by naming him the 27th captain in Canadiens history. He missed most of the 2001-02 season following a diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, but returned to the playoffs to help lead Montreal to a first-round upset of the top-seeded Boston. Following the season, Koivu was awarded the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy, which belongs to the player who "best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to ice hockey."

Koivu entered the 2008-09 season ranked eight on Montreal's career assists list (with 416), and 13th in all-time Canadiens points (with 591).
